Yes — every order over $150 ships free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $150 ship for a $9.95 flat rate.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, absolutely. Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you'd like — we'll do our best to catch it before it leaves the warehouse.

The golden rule: bigger almost always looks better. In living rooms, choose a size where at least the front legs of your furniture sit on the rug (8' x 10' suits most setups). In dining rooms, the rug should extend 24" beyond the table on all sides so chairs stay on it when pulled out. In bedrooms, an 8' x 10' under a queen bed leaves a generous soft landing on three sides.

On hard floors, yes — it prevents slipping, protects your floor from dye transfer, cushions the pile, and extends the life of the rug. Choose a pad about 1" smaller than your rug on all sides.

We photograph every rug in natural light, but screens vary. Expect slight tonal differences in person — and remember you have 30 days to live with it and decide.

Machine wash cold on the gentle cycle with mild detergent, then air dry flat. Skip the dryer, bleach, and fabric softener. Full instructions live in our Rug Care Guide.

Completely. New rugs, especially natural fibers, release loose fibers for the first few weeks. Gentle regular vacuuming (no beater bar) settles it. If a loop "sprouts" above the pile, snip it level — never pull it.

Yes — they're UV-stabilized and mold- and mildew-resistant, built for sun and rain. For the longest life, let the rug dry after heavy storms and store it rolled indoors over winter.
